The hotel was terrific, every little thing incredibly new, all the staff members pretty attentive and friendly. In the breakfast area almost everything was very good, good quality and incredibly professional.

Me and my companion stayed here for 3 days to checking out the place. Crown Plaza Hangzhou is found in a very central situation, it is thoroughly clean as well as the beds are very comfortable! There is just one detail I’d personally counsel heading ahead and that’s to provide much more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Overall, We were very pleased with this place and would definitely endorse it to any one seeking to go to Hangzhou.

Fantastic hotel, every little thing is close by. Personnel are tremendous pleasant and handy and talk good English. You’ll find activities each and every night and it´s a fantastic way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit squeaky but that’s extremely insignificant. Great value for the money!

Very nice and perfectly clean place. The placement is great, precisely what we needed. Beds ended up incredibly cozy. There wasn’t much about the social atmosphere but surely is superior for a full night relaxation. I liked my days here enormously and will probably come once more for my following visit to Hangzhou.

Pretty wonderful and clean hotel. The location is great, exactly what we were looking for. Beds ended up pretty nice.
